The web designers strove to complete two goals: to create a professional-looking website and to present information easily. To accomplish the first goal, the web designers created a header utilizing tabs as links to the various interior pages of the site. This generates a clinical feel to the site. They also prominently display the school’s money-back guarantee, which helps legitimize the school further. But above all, they wanted to create a site specifically tailored for people suffering from an extreme fear of public speaking, not an informational site where stage fright is hidden among other phobias.

To accomplish the second goal, the website took on a virtual three-sided box of links. The top header of links in the shape of tabs guides visitors to the main interior pages as well as the links in the footer. There is also a set of links running along the right-hand side of all the pages, creating the third edge of this virtual box.
